Is there a time in the day when you feel your concentration is greatest? Right after lunch, do you have difficulty in thinking? Are you the type who is very distracted by cell phone messages and always “needs” to respond at that moment? Let's say you set a 45-minute period for reading documents and checking, followed by a 15-minute break or easier tasks. Knowing that you are finishing your work time and will soon have a break, the tendency is to focus on the goal and not be distracted

And one last tip: don't expect your ability to focus to grow exponentially overnight. Like everything in life, it is important to practice to "get the hang of it" before you feel the results. Instead of trying to "measure" whether these techniques are working, focus on incorporating these activities into your routine. Then, yes, you will see the difference.
